DIPLOMA IN HOTEL & EVENT MANAGEMENT
This is a 1 year Diploma course that aspires to develop professionals in field of food production and culinary studies. With incorporation of required skills it provides students the much valued exposure of the industry as well during the additional 6 months of Industrial training.
A shorter yet detailed 1 year Diploma In Hotel Management this course gives a student basic knowledge and understanding of all the operational departments of the hospitality industry. The training in the departments, namely – Food Production, Front Office, Food & Beverage Service & Housekeeping, along with Event Management opens a wide range of Career Options in The Hotel Industry & Food Industry as well as other sectors of the Hospitality Industry like – Aviation, Cruise Line Hospitality, Event Management, Travel & Tourism, Retail Management, Restaurant / Outlet Management, etc.
Under our Industrial Exposure Programs students get an opportunity to opt for Internships (Industrial Training) at various Leading Hotel after completion of 1 Year in-campus training. Post the Industrial Training completion Job Placement Interviews are conducted with focus on the chosen department. We also conduct English Communication & French Language Classes of the students to give them a competitive edge in a global industry.
