Chef Nitin Singh Kumawat, Assistant lecturer of Indian Cuisine is the person who has a young mind filled with enthusiasm and passion along with a fresh experience of culinary arts and hospitality industry. He heads the Quantity Food Kitchen and takes care of Indian Cuisine practicals where he teaches the preparation of various regional cuisines from all parts of India along with fusion dishes preparation to make the students the future culinary masters. He has Masters degree of Tourism and Travel Management along with bachelor’s degree in hospitality and catering technology. He has curated his career in hospitality and culinary in Hotels like Taj Palace New Delhi, Taj Hari Mahal Jodhpur. He has been a part of team for making World Record, conducting workshops, has HACCP Controller certification also. Along with that, he is a Certified Master Brewer by Starbucks and also a certified member of Royal Rajasthan Chefs Society. At IHMCS he ensures to make the students familiar with the latest trends of hospitality industry and culinary arts to polish their skills and make them the best at what they want to do in their future.
